J. Parker Custom Homes recognizes that benefits are an import part of your overall compensation. We offer a comprehensive benefits package including Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short Term Disability, and Long Term Disability as well as Group Accident, Group Hospital Confinement, and Group Specified Disease insurance.
Benefits-eligible employees (those working 30 or more hours a week) can enroll in health and welfare benefits effective the first of the month following date of hire.
J. Parker Custom Homes also offers a 401(k) plan with a company match. We offer a voluntary pre-tax deduction plan in which employees who are 21 years of age or older may elect to contribute to the 401(k) plan the first week of any quarter following 90 days of employment.Company matching is up to 4% if participant’s contribution is 5% or above.
J. Parker Custom Homes also knows that time away from work helps employees recharge and stay motivated. In addition to paid holidays, employees receive paid time off based on years of service. All full-time employees receive at least two weeks of paid vacation per year and have the option to carryover up to 120 hours into the next year.
